Part-time Property Management Assistant (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the commercial management of residential and commercial properties
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing operating-cost statements
  • Serve as the contact person for tenants’ questions regarding leases and invoices
  • Help with document management and digitalization
  • Enter and update data in the property-management software
  • Collaborate on correspondence with tradespeople, service providers, and authorities

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training—ideally with a focus on real estate—or equivalent qualification
  • Some professional experience in property management is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of property-management processes; experience with tools such as DOMUS, Immoware, or similar software is advantageous
  • Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with property-management software is desirable
  • Good written and spoken German; solid English skills
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Meticulous, structured way of working
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to pursue continuous professional development in real estate
  • Independent and solution-oriented work style
