Yes, you book exactly the modules you need — e.g. just module 2 “Advertisement & Request Management” or module 4 “Contract Management”. There is no minimum package.

Which portals are included in ad management?

Module 2 automatically publishes your properties on ImmoScout24, Immonet, Immowelt, eBay Kleinanzeigen and other regional and international platforms.

How does the AI-based credit check work?

Our AI evaluates SCHUFA data and submitted proof of income, calculates a credit score and prioritizes leads based on financial reliability and accuracy of fit.

When do I start Module 1 (Strategic Preparation)?

Module 1 starts immediately after your request. The kick-off takes place within 24-48 hours, after which you will receive an initial target group and rental price analysis.

How secure is my data and contract archiving?

All data is stored in encrypted form in GDPR-compliant systems, logged in an audit-proof manner and regularly audited by specialist lawyers.
