CEO
Managing Director Jan Rudelle, born 09.09.1989, is married and an expectant father. He has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector. After studying insurance management at TH Cologne and training as a real estate agent, real estate specialist and certified property manager, facility manager and real estate valuation expert, he worked for many years as an independent entrepreneur and as an authorized signatory and division manager in a Düsseldorf family office.

As managing director, he is now responsible for the strategic and operational management of the company with a focus on innovation, digitalization and sustainable quality and real estate management.

In his free time, he is a motor sports enthusiast, plays guitar, drums, tennis, chess and does shooting sports.

Jean-Marc Fey

Managing Director
Jean-Marc Fey, born 27.10.1993, is managing director of Cube Life GmbH and is responsible for strategic corporate development and new customer business. With distinctive strategic expertise and entrepreneurial vision, he drives the company's growth forward.

Since 2016, he has been part of the Cube Real Estate Group, where he took on various management positions. As an asset management specialist, he managed commercial properties and established efficient management approaches.

After a family break, he returned to management at the beginning of 2025. With his understanding of real estate markets and a systemic view, he is shaping the future of Cube Life GmbH.

Jean-Marc volunteers, is married, father of a daughter and FC Köln fan.
