Managing Director
Jean-Marc Fey, born 27.10.1993, is managing director of Cube Life GmbH and is responsible for strategic corporate development and new customer business. With distinctive strategic expertise and entrepreneurial vision, he drives the company's growth forward.

Since 2016, he has been part of the Cube Real Estate Group, where he took on various management positions. As an asset management specialist, he managed commercial properties and established efficient management approaches.

After a family break, he returned to management at the beginning of 2025. With his understanding of real estate markets and a systemic view, he is shaping the future of Cube Life GmbH.

Jean-Marc volunteers, is married, father of a daughter and FC Köln fan.
