Commercial Leasing & Property Management Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • Commercial Property Management & Support
    Independently manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including overseeing maintenance and acting as the main contact for tenants, owners, and service providers.
  • Leasing & Contract Management
    Source and acquire new tenants, conduct property viewings, negotiate and finalize lease agreements.
  • Tenant Relations
    Handle inquiries and complaints from tenants with a solution-oriented approach to conflict management.
  • Facility Management
    Coordinate maintenance activities, monitor budgets, and collaborate with external service providers.
  • Financial Management
    Prepare operating-cost statements, manage rent collection, and work to optimize the portfolio’s profitability.
  • Reporting & Optimization
    Produce regular reports, document operational processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training in real estate or a related degree (e.g., Real Estate Agent, Business Administrator with a focus on real estate)
  • Several years of experience in commercial property management or leasing
  • In-depth knowledge of tenancy law and the specifics of commercial property administration
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric mindset
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
  • Strong organizational talent and a high level of service orientation
  • Team player with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with property-management software is a plus
